What it is

A single area to review data health issues and personalized suggestions and to perform common data model actions — creating properties, custom objects and pipelines — without leaving for settings.

Why it matters

The existing data modeling interface is scattered across settings and overwhelming to anyone getting started, so configuration and data-quality work is hard to discover. This gives data model management a focused, actionable home.

The Take

They kind of showed their hand and say, hey, we realize the current situation sucks.

This is the one people have been waiting for, and it is worth saying why: until now the data model lived in settings, split by object, with properties one click away from the thing they belong to. You could not see your model; you could only visit pieces of it. A centralized tab that surfaces health issues and lets you create properties, custom objects and pipelines in place is HubSpot conceding that the old arrangement was genuinely painful.

Two things to keep your expectations honest. Plenty still lives only in settings, so this is a real move rather than an arrival — the day it all comes together is close, not here. And the first tab hides entirely when Breeze Assistant is off, which makes this one more surface where Breeze is not an add-on but the way in.

The pattern underneath is worth naming, because it has been running for about twelve months: the thing you used to do in exactly one place can now be done in three. Properties are the clean example — create them one at a time, or on import, or now from the data model tab. That is convenience at the surface and a real question underneath about which path a team standardises on.

If you have a migration in flight, this is good timing. Bulk property creation and model reshaping is exactly the work this is built for, and it is worth an hour in a sandbox before you need it in anger.
