72 Readings · Weekly Cadence

What is this?

Each week's HubSpot product updates, reframed as an astrology reading. Hubs and objects are signs, and a deprecated feature is in retrograde. The first mapping on record: Gemini, the twins, is all about communication — a lot like the Marketing Hub and Content Hub.

Right now in the sky

Reading the sky…

This week

Week of Friday, October 2, 2026

Aries

Two fewer detours between you and done. The Tasks tab in the new Sales Workspace now opens the full Tasks index, saved views and all, so working your list no longer means leaving the workspace; and workflows can now attach an email template to a manual email task, the way sequences always could, so nobody has to push a contact through a sequence just to borrow a template. Both cut out the walk to somewhere else before you can start. You were never going to make that walk anyway.

Taurus

Two changes to how the money is held, both still on their way. Contracts are getting effective billing dates, so a contract can start when the agreement actually started (a migrated deal, a signature recorded late) while you decide when HubSpot begins billing, and HubSpot is booking calls now to hear use cases. And from October 16, a super admin can swap unassigned seats for HubSpot Credits or a different seat type without calling the account team. Nothing paid for sits idle, and nothing is recorded on the wrong day. That's the only kind of flexibility you've ever trusted.

Gemini

Everything said becomes something usable. Conversational Enrichment reads your email threads to keep contact details current, flag when someone's back in the office, and add the new stakeholder who just got cc'd; and AEO-generated blog posts can now be refined by telling Breeze Assistant what to change, whether that's tone, structure or a single section. Both are in beta. One listens to the conversation, the other is one. Talking your way into finished work was always your method. This week it's the official one.

Cancer

This week is about catching people before they fall through. Customer Agent handoffs can now route by channel, so a live chat and an email each reach the team built to answer them on the first try; and admins can test the agent's API actions from the configuration screen, seeing the full request, response and any error before a customer ever does. Until now those failures surfaced mid-conversation, with someone waiting. You'd rather find the crack yourself than have someone you care about step on it.

Leo

Not every fan is real, and now you can tell. Every form gets a Spam tab showing how serious the spam is, what kinds are coming in, what's about to be auto-deleted, and a blocked-submission list you can release or clear in bulk; submissions now explain why they were flagged, Bot Filtering and reCAPTCHA sit on each form's details page, and spam across every form rolls up into one view. It's in public beta on every tier. Attention only counts when it's real. You've always known the difference.

Virgo

Two small fixes for things that quietly went wrong. Task previews now carry a Notes card you can edit in place, saving automatically, instead of opening a separate window for a one-line update; and on Enterprise, form automations can notify you by email or in-app when something breaks or when submissions move out of their normal range. One saves a click you made forty times a day. The other tells you about the problem before the report does. You'd have noticed both eventually. Now you don't have to wait.

Libra

The week asks what deserves a place in your CRM. On Enterprise, data warehouse syncs from Snowflake, BigQuery and Redshift can now filter by row, so only records that meet your conditions come in, with a preview before you commit; and custom duplicate detection rules gain new guardrails that lay the ground for searching and filtering the duplicates they find. One weighs what enters, the other weighs which of two records is the real one. Neither is decided for you. You wouldn't have it any other way.

Scorpio

The number finally shows its reasons. The health score side card now breaks a customer's score into the signals behind it, grouped the way you configured them, so a drop arrives with its cause attached: a minus six for meetings that stopped happening, say. No more opening the configuration to work out why someone's slipping. A score without its reasons was always just a rumor to you.

Sagittarius

Two new directions to travel. In a private beta on Enterprise, Map view plots your contacts and companies on an interactive map, for territory coverage, regional analysis or finding everyone near next month's event; and a new NetSuite connector lets Breeze Assistant look up orders and invoices, run saved searches, and create or update NetSuite records without leaving HubSpot. One shows you the ground, the other walks you into another system entirely. The edge of the CRM keeps moving outward, and so do you.

Capricorn

Two foundations rebuilt to outlast the people who set them up. Account Service Keys replace legacy private apps on the modern developer platform, so ops and RevOps can create scoped API credentials for Tableau, Power BI or a data warehouse themselves, with keys that don't expire when an employee leaves. And the login cookie for private pages, customer portals and membership sites is now __Host-hs-membership-csrf; if your consent tool still only allows the old name, visitors who decline non-essential cookies can't log in. One is a long-term improvement, one is a checklist item. You'll check the second one first.

Aquarius

Two more ways in that don't need the screen. The new Knowledge Base API opens 15 endpoints to create, update and publish articles and read settings, categories and tags, so help content can be imported, synced from another docs system or generated in a pipeline; and App Actions let a custom app run its own operation on several records at once, straight from a list page, in a pop-up or panel you built. The UI is starting to look like one option among several. You never treated it as anything more.

The updates behind this reading

Pisces

The agent starts showing its work. The message insights card now lists every record your Customer Agent created or updated in a conversation (contacts, tickets, deals, companies), each one linked, so you can check what it did without leaving the thread; and a private-beta weekly digest lands every Tuesday at 9 a.m. with its performance stats and the top things to coach it on. Less checking up, more checking in. You were always going to treat it like a colleague. Now it reports like one.

Past readings

Week of Friday, September 25, 2026

Aries

Custom agents in Agent Builder drop down to Starter, so the smallest portal can build one this week instead of waiting on an upgrade. Agent Hub Home starts suggesting agents based on how your team actually uses HubSpot, each with a plain-language reason attached, and the Data Agent Playground lets you run a Data Agent against your live records at no credit cost before anything is committed. No blank page, no price of admission, no reason to wait. You were always going to start before you were ready. Now it's cheap to.

Taurus

Money gets a fence around it. The first time you buy extra HubSpot Credits, a monthly cap now sets itself 50% above your total and pauses usage when it's hit, and you can move that cap yourself. One-time invoices can be split into up to four scheduled installments on a single record, and NetSuite sales orders created from workflows can carry a tax code on every line item. Nothing here is flashy. All of it is the kind of thing you check before you commit, and this week it checks out.

Gemini

The conversation becomes the whole office. Breeze Assistant can call your custom agents by name, or pick the right one from a description, without you leaving the chat; it can install the marketplace app it just recommended right there instead of linking you out; and in the mobile app it now drafts your emails for you. Talking your way through the work used to be a personality trait. Now it's the interface. You were built for this one.

Cancer

This week is about how people are looked after when you aren't in the room. Customer Agent can set itself up from your past Help Desk and Inbox conversations, its guidelines move to a card layout that can target different audiences, the knowledge base agent takes custom instructions for how it writes to your people, and admins finally decide whether a reply on a closed ticket reopens it or starts a new one. The agent learns its tone from how you've already treated people. You always suspected that was the only training that mattered.

Leo

The stage gets rebuilt. A reimagined Marketing Studio, in public beta, makes a campaign mean the whole strategy instead of one email; a new AI-powered website editor, in private beta, brings pixel-perfect drag and drop to desktop and mobile; and Breeze Assistant now generates images from a prompt, pulls in your brand kit colors and reference images, and keeps editing them in the chat. Three places to be seen, all rebuilt at once. Stand where the light falls.

Virgo

Three quiet protections against the mess. CRM views now auto-save and come with roles and sharing, so nobody overwrites the view you spent twenty minutes getting right; Breeze can read your marketing email library and tag every email by audience, topic or program in bulk; and the Pipelines API now refuses to delete a pipeline or stage that's still in use, the way Settings always has. Nobody will throw a party for any of these. You'll notice every single one.

Libra

The question this week is who decides which version someone sees. Personalized Variants let one CTA, landing page or website page carry versions for specific companies, contacts or segments on a single URL, and HubSpot chooses. Targeted Pages build a tailored page per company from a template, and a rep chooses. Nurture Agent rewrites each nurture email's subject line, body and CTA for every recipient at send time. All three are in beta, with machine judgment on one side and human judgment on the other. You'll want both weighed before anything goes out.

Scorpio

HubSpot starts reading between the lines. A new Churn Risk signal fires when a company's emails, calls, transcripts and notes show escalating tone, unresolved issues or cancellation language, and it names the contact most at risk; job change signals pick up a second source through UserGems; and every conversation and ticket is now sorted by topic automatically, so you can see which subjects are quietly underperforming. None of it depends on anyone having tagged anything. You never trusted what people said out loud anyway.

Sagittarius

The map gets wider. Breeze now connects to Fathom, Xero, Box, Canva, Gong and Slack; Breeze Assistant and Agent Hub agents can work across Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Chat; and a private beta lets a Google Sheet or Excel file plug straight into HubSpot as a live data source. The spreadsheet you swore you'd migrate someday just became a place HubSpot travels to. Go explore, but check what the credits cost before you pack for a long trip.

Capricorn

New locks and new keys for the vault. On Enterprise, an existing custom property can now be switched to Sensitive Data right in the property editor, sensitive data protection can be turned off through a self-service wizard instead of a support ticket, and a super admin can let supported AI connectors like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini reach sensitive records. Everywhere, every Breeze agent and connector can be limited to only the tools it's allowed to use. Someone has to decide what the machines get to see. It was always going to be you.

Aquarius

Four more doors that don't need the UI. The new Reporting API creates, clones and restores dashboards; call and meeting transcripts can leave HubSpot by API, one at a time; User-Level Apps act as a specific person and carry exactly that person's permissions, with an audit log to match; and a Lovable connector builds custom apps on your records from a plain-language prompt. Every one of them is someone building their own thing on top of HubSpot. You've been building the system around the system for years. Now it's official.

Pisces

The old machinery melts into the new. Legacy workflows can open straight into Agent Builder when their features are supported, instead of being rebuilt from scratch; custom events no longer have to belong to a record to exist, so they can drive the new agentic automation builder; and Breeze Assistant's new Context Pane shows exactly which records, memories and guidelines it used for each answer. The line between the automation and the agent keeps getting thinner, and for once you can see what it was thinking. You always could. Now everyone else can too.

Week of Friday, September 11, 2026

Aries

Bulk record reassignment can now take the open tasks with it, so a departure stops being two separate chores, and reps can drop a pre-recorded voicemail in two clicks the moment the beep lands. Both give back the same thing: the forty-first repetition of something you already decided. You were never going to do it one row at a time anyway.

Taurus

Three things stop shifting underneath you. A line item added mid-contract can end when the contract ends instead of silently pushing the renewal date out, a new Data Model Overview tab puts data health issues, properties, objects and pipelines in one place instead of scattered through settings, and the official SharePoint and OneDrive beta opens for registration so the current version of a document lives with the record. You don't move until the ground is actually solid.

Gemini

Every call, email, note and meeting in the timeline picks up a one-line AI summary; Deal Progression starts reading email threads and suggesting the property and deal-plan updates nobody was typing in; and Email Variants lets one email asset carry several audience-specific versions instead of five clones held together by a naming convention. One message, many voices, all of it finally arriving where it was needed. The twins have been waiting for this one.

Cancer

Communication channels get one settings home with a guided setup and a new send-from permission over who can reply as whom, Notetaker adds a HIPAA beta with a signed BAA behind it, and WhatsApp voice notes can finally be sent and received in the inbox. Three different answers to the same question: can we meet someone the way they actually talk, without exposing anyone. You have never thought that was a small question.

Leo

The whole week is about how you look. TikTok Smart+ ads can be built inside HubSpot, the landing page editor is rebuilt with inline editing and pixel-perfect drag and drop, Brand Kit fonts finally reach the marketing email editor with fallbacks handled, and Brand Voice now generates itself from content you have already published. Four releases, one message: stop looking and sounding like everyone else. You have been saying that for years.

Virgo

Two small corrections to the places you work all day. Index tables now suggest which property to add and tell you on hover why it was suggested, and board view lets you drag cards into a deliberate order inside a lane, not just between lanes. Neither will be announced anywhere. Both fix the specific thing that has been quietly wrong every single day.

Libra

Three things get properly balanced. Dashboards can be split into named sections and reordered right on the canvas instead of living as one flat list, a single form can be associated with several campaigns so every initiative that earned the credit shows up in the report, and segment members can be scored by likelihood to convert. Structure, fair attribution, and a way to weigh who to reach first. You were never going to accept a layout that wouldn't sit even.

Scorpio

Two requests for feedback went out this week, both about money nobody can currently see: revenue mix and real discount trends by product, and committed versus likely revenue in one forecast view. Separately, Breeze can now build and manage buying groups from any chart, which is the stakeholder map written down. Only the map has actually shipped. You'll read all three anyway, because you already knew the reported number was the least interesting one.

Sagittarius

Territory opens three ways. Custom events can be created by polling an external API on a schedule you set — a webhook in reverse, so a tool with no HubSpot integration stops being a wall — number porting extends to Australia, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, the Czech Republic and Puerto Rico, and Shopify discount codes sync in as records you can drop straight into a marketing email. The marketplace is no longer the edge of the map.

Capricorn

Three items for the maintenance calendar. Ad Sequences and Ad Goals are being removed from the Ads tool, and anything already running keeps running but will not advance a stage. The Customer Agent lead status contact property is now system-managed and read-only, which breaks any workflow, integration or API call currently writing to it. And the recycling bin finally has an export button, so deleted records can be kept before deletion is permanent. Two things ending, one thing preserved. You are the only one who reads a sunset notice as a plan.

Aquarius

Four releases, one instruction: skip the UI. Activity auto-association rules come out of Settings and into a public API, FileManager lets a private app pull sensitive attachments by file ID, the new Revenue Payments API creates payments, retries failures and configures checkout, and campaign goals can be created end-to-end through the Goals API. Every surface that opens is one a machine can reach. That was always the part you were interested in.

Pisces

The line between you and the agent keeps blurring. Supervise mode lets a human review, edit and approve the customer agent's drafts before they send, Breeze can report on how that agent is performing and change its configuration in the same conversation, and a Tester button now sits on every configuration page so you can check a rule the second you write it. Watching, coaching, adjusting — less like configuring software, more like working alongside someone. You never found that boundary convincing.

Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

Taurus

Cross-object filters now let you say whether any associated record must match or all of them must — HubSpot used to apply "any" silently — and multi-object imports handle a missing unique ID better than they used to. You never move on an assumption you can't see. This week two of them became visible.

Cancer

Customer Agent drafts knowledge articles from your resolved tickets, and Help Desk starts surfacing similar past tickets while you're still working the current one. Both turn what your team already survived into care for the next person who asks. You've been doing that remembering by hand for years — someone still owns the review, but you don't have to hold all of it alone.

Virgo

Three quiet precision upgrades: forms get an invisible honeypot field that quarantines bots before they reach the CRM, segment filter groups can finally be named something other than "Group 1", and calculated properties can output enumeration values — a formula with the same structure as a dropdown. None of these will make an announcement. All three remove something that has been bothering you for years.

Capricorn

Two deadlines went on the calendar this week. Legacy private app creation ends in the Developer Platform UI — September 28 for new developer accounts, October 26 for existing ones — and Node 18 and 20 are out for Chatflows custom code, with those snippets read-only until someone upgrades the runtime. Nothing is broken. The maintenance bill simply came due, and you're the only one who reads those dates as a plan.

Aries

Two bulk actions land at once: Help Desk lets you unmark spam in batches, and sensitive-data scan results can be redacted or cleared in a single step. Both fix the same insult — being made to do an already-decided thing one row at a time. You knew the answer ages ago; this week you get to apply it all at once.

Aquarius

The whole week's developer surface says the same thing: skip the UI. Data Studio gets a public API plus file ingestion for CSV, XLS and TSV with no obligation to fit a CRM object schema, the Account Info API now returns portal name and creation date, and IP range changes can be subscribed to instead of polled. Four separate releases independently decided you shouldn't have to click through anything.

Libra

Reporting gets rebalanced: a unified Report Builder pulls most of HubSpot's separate builders into one entry point, dashboards move to a 12-column grid, and conditional property logic can weigh several conditions at once instead of one. You've never trusted a decision made on a single input, or forgiven a layout that wouldn't sit even.

Scorpio

Auto-tracking extends to custom signals, so tracking starts the moment a company meets your criteria, and a new Leads tab in Ads shows which leads actually synced, which didn't, and what broke. One tells you what's stirring; the other tells you what quietly failed. Neither is the number anyone puts in the report — which is exactly why you'll read them first.

Gemini

The handoffs get cleaner in three places: two-way SMS lands in Help Desk and the Inbox, call recording can follow the caller's region, and Customer Agent collects ticket and contact properties before passing a conversation to a human. The twins never minded the number of threads — only being handed one with half the context missing.

Leo

The new AEO Site Audit scans your site for whatever is keeping your brand out of ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answers, then hands back a prioritized list. Being seen was always the point for you; this week you get the actual reasons the answer engines haven't looked.

The update behind this reading

Sagittarius

Reach expands three ways: native WhatsApp picks up in-app template editing and batch marketing sends, Google's optimization recommendations show up inside HubSpot to apply or dismiss, and an Email Creation Agent drafts on-brand email through conversation instead of a form. More territory, less setup standing between you and it. You were already three ideas past this.

Pisces

The wall between HubSpot and the AI tools you already work inside keeps thinning: the Claude connector and remote MCP server pick up read/write on custom objects and blog posts, Claude Design sends landing pages straight in as drafts, and Breeze in Slack gets a proper home plus real citations. You never believed in the boundary. This week four separate releases agreed with you.

Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

Aries

The Image Editor is your kind of update: fast, useful, and ready before anyone can overthink it. This week, move quickly, crop ruthlessly, and ship the version that already works.

The update behind this reading

Taurus

FileUpload and FileViewer bring files directly into the record experience, exactly where they belong. Your steadiness wins when the process gets simpler and the handoff becomes tangible.

The update behind this reading

Gemini

A workflow can now use the records it created later in the same automation, which means fewer bridge properties and fewer awkward detours. Your many threads finally get to talk to each other in one conversation.

Cancer

Sandbox copy errors are finally clearer, so the thing that broke comes with an explanation instead of a shrug. This week, trust that better signals reduce your stress even when the work is still messy.

Leo

More searchable custom properties means the right details rise to the surface faster. You were never meant to stay hidden; this week, the records finally findable enough to match your presence.

Virgo

Cleanup Automation can now delete unused blog drafts, not just archive them, and that is exactly your frequency. This is a week for removing what no longer earns its place and calling that progress.

Libra

Standardized marketing event properties may sound unglamorous, but consistency is what keeps the ecosystem fair and functional. This week, elegance comes from alignment, not from improvisation.

Scorpio

Transactional SMS now gets its own lane, separate from marketing opt-outs, so the essential message still gets through. You know not every communication should be public; this week, power comes from the right channel.

The update behind this reading

Sagittarius

The CRM title card is becoming customizable, which means the most visible part of the record can finally reflect what matters to your team. Your horizon widens when the interface stops insisting on someone else’s priorities.

The update behind this reading

Capricorn

Sandboxes now copy team-based CRM views too, bringing the test environment closer to reality. Build on systems that preserve structure this week; your future self will thank you for the groundwork.

Aquarius

Instagram Collaborator Tagging turns one post into a shared surface for multiple audiences. Your ideas travel farther this week when you let the network, not the silo, do the amplifying.

The update behind this reading

Pisces

Lead workflows now support balanced, round robin, and random rotation with user availability built in. The universe is less chaotic than it looked; this week, even your intuition gets a cleaner routing model.

Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

Aries

Your Sales Extension sidebar now surfaces lead stage and details without leaving the inbox. You were always going to move first — this week you also get to move informed.

Taurus

Contracts can now be created and edited directly in HubSpot, no quote required. The thing you've always trusted — value you can hold and point to — no longer needs an invented middle step to exist.

Gemini

Reddit conversations about your brand are now visible inside HubSpot, sentiment and all. You talk everywhere already; now you can finally hear what's said back.

Cancer

A weekly Customer Health Assessment lands automatically in the CS Workspace, synthesizing risk and opportunity so you don't have to go looking. You worry about everyone anyway — now the data worries with you.

Leo

The AI Clips panel is surfacing your best made-for-you moments, ready to post without the scrubbing. You were always going to be seen — this week HubSpot just finds your best angle first.

Virgo

The new Other Limits page finally puts every subscription usage number in one place, including the ones you didn't know existed. You already suspected something was almost at capacity; now you can prove it.

Libra

Deal rotation finally gets a real Balanced option alongside Round Robin and Random, plus user availability baked in. You've been arguing for fairness in the routing logic for years — it's here.

Scorpio

Buying Groups now maps every stakeholder in a deal with drag-and-drop clarity: who's deciding, who's influencing, who's quietly the blocker. You already knew nothing closes alone.

Sagittarius

Multi-Account Management no longer requires Marketing Hub Enterprise — any Enterprise subscription gets you there now. The barrier to managing more territory just came down.

Capricorn

Meetings can now carry a payment link end to end, configurable through the API. You don't just want the close — you want it collected.

Aquarius

Pipeline object tags now have a public API, letting you define and auto-apply tags outside the standard UI entirely. You were never going to tag things the normal way.

Pisces

Breeze and global search merge into one entry point on mobile — no more deciding upfront whether you're searching or asking. The boundary you never believed in just stopped existing.

  • Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

Customer Agent drafts knowledge articles from your resolved tickets, and Help Desk starts surfacing similar past tickets while you're still working the current one. Both turn what your team already survived into care for the next person who asks. You've been doing that remembering by hand for years — someone still owns the review, but you don't have to hold all of it alone.

  • Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

Sandbox copy errors are finally clearer, so the thing that broke comes with an explanation instead of a shrug. This week, trust that better signals reduce your stress even when the work is still messy.

  • Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

A weekly Customer Health Assessment lands automatically in the CS Workspace, synthesizing risk and opportunity so you don't have to go looking. You worry about everyone anyway — now the data worries with you.

  • Week of Friday, October 2, 2026

Not every fan is real, and now you can tell. Every form gets a Spam tab showing how serious the spam is, what kinds are coming in, what's about to be auto-deleted, and a blocked-submission list you can release or clear in bulk; submissions now explain why they were flagged, Bot Filtering and reCAPTCHA sit on each form's details page, and spam across every form rolls up into one view. It's in public beta on every tier. Attention only counts when it's real. You've always known the difference.

  • Week of Friday, September 25, 2026

The stage gets rebuilt. A reimagined Marketing Studio, in public beta, makes a campaign mean the whole strategy instead of one email; a new AI-powered website editor, in private beta, brings pixel-perfect drag and drop to desktop and mobile; and Breeze Assistant now generates images from a prompt, pulls in your brand kit colors and reference images, and keeps editing them in the chat. Three places to be seen, all rebuilt at once. Stand where the light falls.

  • Week of Friday, September 11, 2026

The whole week is about how you look. TikTok Smart+ ads can be built inside HubSpot, the landing page editor is rebuilt with inline editing and pixel-perfect drag and drop, Brand Kit fonts finally reach the marketing email editor with fallbacks handled, and Brand Voice now generates itself from content you have already published. Four releases, one message: stop looking and sounding like everyone else. You have been saying that for years.

  • Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

The new AEO Site Audit scans your site for whatever is keeping your brand out of ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answers, then hands back a prioritized list. Being seen was always the point for you; this week you get the actual reasons the answer engines haven't looked.

  • Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

More searchable custom properties means the right details rise to the surface faster. You were never meant to stay hidden; this week, the records finally findable enough to match your presence.

  • Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

The AI Clips panel is surfacing your best made-for-you moments, ready to post without the scrubbing. You were always going to be seen — this week HubSpot just finds your best angle first.

  • Week of Friday, October 2, 2026

Two small fixes for things that quietly went wrong. Task previews now carry a Notes card you can edit in place, saving automatically, instead of opening a separate window for a one-line update; and on Enterprise, form automations can notify you by email or in-app when something breaks or when submissions move out of their normal range. One saves a click you made forty times a day. The other tells you about the problem before the report does. You'd have noticed both eventually. Now you don't have to wait.

  • Week of Friday, September 25, 2026

Three quiet protections against the mess. CRM views now auto-save and come with roles and sharing, so nobody overwrites the view you spent twenty minutes getting right; Breeze can read your marketing email library and tag every email by audience, topic or program in bulk; and the Pipelines API now refuses to delete a pipeline or stage that's still in use, the way Settings always has. Nobody will throw a party for any of these. You'll notice every single one.

  • Week of Friday, September 11, 2026

Two small corrections to the places you work all day. Index tables now suggest which property to add and tell you on hover why it was suggested, and board view lets you drag cards into a deliberate order inside a lane, not just between lanes. Neither will be announced anywhere. Both fix the specific thing that has been quietly wrong every single day.

  • Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

Three quiet precision upgrades: forms get an invisible honeypot field that quarantines bots before they reach the CRM, segment filter groups can finally be named something other than "Group 1", and calculated properties can output enumeration values — a formula with the same structure as a dropdown. None of these will make an announcement. All three remove something that has been bothering you for years.

  • Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

Cleanup Automation can now delete unused blog drafts, not just archive them, and that is exactly your frequency. This is a week for removing what no longer earns its place and calling that progress.

  • Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

The new Other Limits page finally puts every subscription usage number in one place, including the ones you didn't know existed. You already suspected something was almost at capacity; now you can prove it.

Libra

  • Week of Friday, October 2, 2026

The week asks what deserves a place in your CRM. On Enterprise, data warehouse syncs from Snowflake, BigQuery and Redshift can now filter by row, so only records that meet your conditions come in, with a preview before you commit; and custom duplicate detection rules gain new guardrails that lay the ground for searching and filtering the duplicates they find. One weighs what enters, the other weighs which of two records is the real one. Neither is decided for you. You wouldn't have it any other way.

  • Week of Friday, September 25, 2026

The question this week is who decides which version someone sees. Personalized Variants let one CTA, landing page or website page carry versions for specific companies, contacts or segments on a single URL, and HubSpot chooses. Targeted Pages build a tailored page per company from a template, and a rep chooses. Nurture Agent rewrites each nurture email's subject line, body and CTA for every recipient at send time. All three are in beta, with machine judgment on one side and human judgment on the other. You'll want both weighed before anything goes out.

  • Week of Friday, September 11, 2026

Three things get properly balanced. Dashboards can be split into named sections and reordered right on the canvas instead of living as one flat list, a single form can be associated with several campaigns so every initiative that earned the credit shows up in the report, and segment members can be scored by likelihood to convert. Structure, fair attribution, and a way to weigh who to reach first. You were never going to accept a layout that wouldn't sit even.

  • Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

Reporting gets rebalanced: a unified Report Builder pulls most of HubSpot's separate builders into one entry point, dashboards move to a 12-column grid, and conditional property logic can weigh several conditions at once instead of one. You've never trusted a decision made on a single input, or forgiven a layout that wouldn't sit even.

  • Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

Standardized marketing event properties may sound unglamorous, but consistency is what keeps the ecosystem fair and functional. This week, elegance comes from alignment, not from improvisation.

  • Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

Deal rotation finally gets a real Balanced option alongside Round Robin and Random, plus user availability baked in. You've been arguing for fairness in the routing logic for years — it's here.

Scorpio

  • Week of Friday, October 2, 2026

The number finally shows its reasons. The health score side card now breaks a customer's score into the signals behind it, grouped the way you configured them, so a drop arrives with its cause attached: a minus six for meetings that stopped happening, say. No more opening the configuration to work out why someone's slipping. A score without its reasons was always just a rumor to you.

  • Week of Friday, September 25, 2026

HubSpot starts reading between the lines. A new Churn Risk signal fires when a company's emails, calls, transcripts and notes show escalating tone, unresolved issues or cancellation language, and it names the contact most at risk; job change signals pick up a second source through UserGems; and every conversation and ticket is now sorted by topic automatically, so you can see which subjects are quietly underperforming. None of it depends on anyone having tagged anything. You never trusted what people said out loud anyway.

  • Week of Friday, September 11, 2026

Two requests for feedback went out this week, both about money nobody can currently see: revenue mix and real discount trends by product, and committed versus likely revenue in one forecast view. Separately, Breeze can now build and manage buying groups from any chart, which is the stakeholder map written down. Only the map has actually shipped. You'll read all three anyway, because you already knew the reported number was the least interesting one.

  • Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

Auto-tracking extends to custom signals, so tracking starts the moment a company meets your criteria, and a new Leads tab in Ads shows which leads actually synced, which didn't, and what broke. One tells you what's stirring; the other tells you what quietly failed. Neither is the number anyone puts in the report — which is exactly why you'll read them first.

  • Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

Transactional SMS now gets its own lane, separate from marketing opt-outs, so the essential message still gets through. You know not every communication should be public; this week, power comes from the right channel.

    The update behind this reading

  • Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

Buying Groups now maps every stakeholder in a deal with drag-and-drop clarity: who's deciding, who's influencing, who's quietly the blocker. You already knew nothing closes alone.

Sagittarius

  • Week of Friday, October 2, 2026

Two new directions to travel. In a private beta on Enterprise, Map view plots your contacts and companies on an interactive map, for territory coverage, regional analysis or finding everyone near next month's event; and a new NetSuite connector lets Breeze Assistant look up orders and invoices, run saved searches, and create or update NetSuite records without leaving HubSpot. One shows you the ground, the other walks you into another system entirely. The edge of the CRM keeps moving outward, and so do you.

  • Week of Friday, September 25, 2026

The map gets wider. Breeze now connects to Fathom, Xero, Box, Canva, Gong and Slack; Breeze Assistant and Agent Hub agents can work across Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Chat; and a private beta lets a Google Sheet or Excel file plug straight into HubSpot as a live data source. The spreadsheet you swore you'd migrate someday just became a place HubSpot travels to. Go explore, but check what the credits cost before you pack for a long trip.

  • Week of Friday, September 11, 2026

Territory opens three ways. Custom events can be created by polling an external API on a schedule you set — a webhook in reverse, so a tool with no HubSpot integration stops being a wall — number porting extends to Australia, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, the Czech Republic and Puerto Rico, and Shopify discount codes sync in as records you can drop straight into a marketing email. The marketplace is no longer the edge of the map.

  • Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

Reach expands three ways: native WhatsApp picks up in-app template editing and batch marketing sends, Google's optimization recommendations show up inside HubSpot to apply or dismiss, and an Email Creation Agent drafts on-brand email through conversation instead of a form. More territory, less setup standing between you and it. You were already three ideas past this.

  • Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

The CRM title card is becoming customizable, which means the most visible part of the record can finally reflect what matters to your team. Your horizon widens when the interface stops insisting on someone else’s priorities.

    The update behind this reading

  • Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

Multi-Account Management no longer requires Marketing Hub Enterprise — any Enterprise subscription gets you there now. The barrier to managing more territory just came down.

Capricorn

  • Week of Friday, October 2, 2026

Two foundations rebuilt to outlast the people who set them up. Account Service Keys replace legacy private apps on the modern developer platform, so ops and RevOps can create scoped API credentials for Tableau, Power BI or a data warehouse themselves, with keys that don't expire when an employee leaves. And the login cookie for private pages, customer portals and membership sites is now __Host-hs-membership-csrf; if your consent tool still only allows the old name, visitors who decline non-essential cookies can't log in. One is a long-term improvement, one is a checklist item. You'll check the second one first.

  • Week of Friday, September 25, 2026

New locks and new keys for the vault. On Enterprise, an existing custom property can now be switched to Sensitive Data right in the property editor, sensitive data protection can be turned off through a self-service wizard instead of a support ticket, and a super admin can let supported AI connectors like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini reach sensitive records. Everywhere, every Breeze agent and connector can be limited to only the tools it's allowed to use. Someone has to decide what the machines get to see. It was always going to be you.

  • Week of Friday, September 11, 2026

Three items for the maintenance calendar. Ad Sequences and Ad Goals are being removed from the Ads tool, and anything already running keeps running but will not advance a stage. The Customer Agent lead status contact property is now system-managed and read-only, which breaks any workflow, integration or API call currently writing to it. And the recycling bin finally has an export button, so deleted records can be kept before deletion is permanent. Two things ending, one thing preserved. You are the only one who reads a sunset notice as a plan.

  • Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

Two deadlines went on the calendar this week. Legacy private app creation ends in the Developer Platform UI — September 28 for new developer accounts, October 26 for existing ones — and Node 18 and 20 are out for Chatflows custom code, with those snippets read-only until someone upgrades the runtime. Nothing is broken. The maintenance bill simply came due, and you're the only one who reads those dates as a plan.

  • Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

Sandboxes now copy team-based CRM views too, bringing the test environment closer to reality. Build on systems that preserve structure this week; your future self will thank you for the groundwork.

  • Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

Meetings can now carry a payment link end to end, configurable through the API. You don't just want the close — you want it collected.

Aquarius

  • Week of Friday, October 2, 2026

Two more ways in that don't need the screen. The new Knowledge Base API opens 15 endpoints to create, update and publish articles and read settings, categories and tags, so help content can be imported, synced from another docs system or generated in a pipeline; and App Actions let a custom app run its own operation on several records at once, straight from a list page, in a pop-up or panel you built. The UI is starting to look like one option among several. You never treated it as anything more.

    The updates behind this reading

  • Week of Friday, September 25, 2026

Four more doors that don't need the UI. The new Reporting API creates, clones and restores dashboards; call and meeting transcripts can leave HubSpot by API, one at a time; User-Level Apps act as a specific person and carry exactly that person's permissions, with an audit log to match; and a Lovable connector builds custom apps on your records from a plain-language prompt. Every one of them is someone building their own thing on top of HubSpot. You've been building the system around the system for years. Now it's official.

  • Week of Friday, September 11, 2026

Four releases, one instruction: skip the UI. Activity auto-association rules come out of Settings and into a public API, FileManager lets a private app pull sensitive attachments by file ID, the new Revenue Payments API creates payments, retries failures and configures checkout, and campaign goals can be created end-to-end through the Goals API. Every surface that opens is one a machine can reach. That was always the part you were interested in.

  • Week of Friday, September 4, 2026

The whole week's developer surface says the same thing: skip the UI. Data Studio gets a public API plus file ingestion for CSV, XLS and TSV with no obligation to fit a CRM object schema, the Account Info API now returns portal name and creation date, and IP range changes can be subscribed to instead of polled. Four separate releases independently decided you shouldn't have to click through anything.

  • Week of Friday, August 28, 2026

Instagram Collaborator Tagging turns one post into a shared surface for multiple audiences. Your ideas travel farther this week when you let the network, not the silo, do the amplifying.

    The update behind this reading

  • Week of Friday, August 21, 2026

Pipeline object tags now have a public API, letting you define and auto-apply tags outside the standard UI entirely. You were never going to tag things the normal way.
