Any HubSpot portal with admin approval can now connect Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Chat, and Gmail. Once connected, Breeze Assistant and agents in Agent Hub can read data and take action across those Google Workspace tools using plain-language prompts, without leaving HubSpot.

Why it matters

Worth setting up this week if your team lives in Google Workspace day to day — an admin needs to approve the connector install first, and each tool connects individually, so you control what gets access rather than turning on one broad sync.
