What it is
Any HubSpot portal with admin approval can now connect Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Chat, and Gmail. Once connected, Breeze Assistant and agents in Agent Hub can read data and take action across those Google Workspace tools using plain-language prompts, without leaving HubSpot.
Why it matters
Worth setting up this week if your team lives in Google Workspace day to day — an admin needs to approve the connector install first, and each tool connects individually, so you control what gets access rather than turning on one broad sync.
The Take
Since it relates specifically to HubSpot credits, I'm not so sure about that.
Zach pulled this one off the board and it is the kind of thing that sells itself: connect Drive, Calendar, Chat and Gmail, and Breeze Assistant and your agents can read and act across them in plain language without leaving HubSpot. Chris already runs his mornings this way in Claude, so the convenience is not theoretical.
The detail to read is the Details tab. It is related to HubSpot Credits, and Zach's call-out was the right one: do not assume that because you are working in Breeze Assistant rather than an agent, this is free. Any data flowing in and out of the system is where credits are likely to be spent, and this update does not say what it costs. Run a small list of things you actually want to do and watch the meter.
