Account Name and Creation Date Available from the Account Info API

What it is

The Account Info API (/v3/details) now returns two new optional fields: the account name (portalName) and the account creation date (createdAt). Tools built on the API can use these to identify which HubSpot account a request belongs to.

Why it matters

People using the AI chat connectors (Claude, ChatGPT, Breeze) often can't tell which HubSpot account they're connected to without leaving the chat. Returning the account name and creation date lets those tools answer "which account am I in?" right in the conversation.
