View audit of property changes in the property editor

What it is

Introduce a new Audit section into the property editor to review the history of user-initiated changes to a specific property.

Why it matters

Right now a user has to navigate to the audit log if they want to review when a property was changed or created and by whom. This centralizes all property information into a single interface.
