What it is
<p>The Context Panel is a sidebar in Breeze Assistant that shows what Breeze is using to generate a response as it happens: which CRM records, memories, brand guidelines, company details and other sources it referenced during the conversation. The sources stay visible after the conversation so you can review them.</p>
Why it matters
<p>When Breeze gives you a good answer it is usually because you set something up: brand voice, CRM data, a company profile. Until now there was no way to see that happening. The panel makes the reasoning visible so you can confirm the right information is in play and catch what is missing.</p>
The Take
We don't need to change words just because we're using that word a bunch.
Context was the word of UNBOUND week, and this is the update that makes it visible. Casey's biggest takeaway for her clients from the event was the priority of getting context added, and this panel is how you check whether it is working.
One ask for HubSpot. The slide says knowledge, the description says information, Agent Hub has a context home. It all means context. Every new synonym makes the concept harder to teach, and the whole point of this panel is that people can finally see what the word means.
