Breeze Assistant Context Pane

What it is

Breeze Assistant now has a sidebar called the Context Panel that shows what information it used to generate a response, as it happens. You can see which CRM records, memories, brand guidelines, company details, and other sources it pulled from during the conversation, all in one place. It's live for all hubs and tiers.

Why it matters

Up to now, Breeze could give you a good answer and there was no way to check why. The Context Panel lets you confirm it used the right record or the right brand voice setting, and catch it when something important is missing from what it referenced. Worth turning on and glancing at the next time you lean on a Breeze answer for something that matters.
