Create Campaign Goals via the Goals API

What it is

Campaign goals can now be created through the CRM Goals API by including the campaign GUID under campaignAssociation in the request body. Live for Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters

Campaigns and goals could each be created by API, but tying a goal to a campaign needed extra steps inside the app. It is now one end-to-end API flow.
