What it is
Users can select multiple goals in the Goals table and clone them in bulk for the next fiscal year. Live, last updated October 14, 2026, for Sales Hub Starter, Professional and Enterprise, and Service Hub Starter, Professional and Enterprise.
Why it matters
Cloning goals one at a time is repetitive and slow. This makes annual goal setup faster because users can copy many goals at once, which also cuts down on manual errors.
The Take
If you have a sales team of fifty people or a hundred people or even thirty people, I never really thought about the administrative work.
I will use sales as the example, because that is where most teams start with goals. With two or three reps, re-entering next year's quotas is no big deal. With a team of thirty, fifty or a hundred, it is a pile of admin nobody plans for. I said on the show that I had never really thought about that work until this update showed up, and that this is some easy, low hanging fruit: copy them, edit them, publish them.
Chris added a good reminder that goals in HubSpot are not only revenue goals. You can set custom goals, and goals now sit on top of an advanced data model. He pointed to teams running EOS or project management who used to keep that outside the system and can bring more of it into HubSpot through work management spaces. Once the planning lives in HubSpot, cloning is the kind of basic thing you want it to do.
Who should act: whoever owns annual goal setup on a Sales Hub or Service Hub Starter, Pro or Enterprise portal, ideally before the next fiscal year's quotas get typed in by hand. Who can skip it: teams with a handful of goals, where clone one by one is fine.
