What it is

When bulk-reassigning CRM records from one owner to another, you can optionally reassign the records' incomplete tasks to the new assignee at the same time.

Why it matters

Reassigning work when someone leaves or changes role has meant handling records and their open tasks as two separate chores. This keeps the work with the record.
