Export your AEO prompt data

What it is
You can now export your tracked AEO prompt data as a CSV file. Each row is one answer and includes the prompt, engine, location, ideal customer profile, buying journey phase, brand and competitor mentions, citation URLs and the full AI response. A separate export gives citation analysis by URL. Find it at Marketing > AEO > Prompts > Export. Live, last updated October 12, 2026, for Marketing Hub Professional, Marketing Hub Enterprise and HubSpot AEO customers.
Why it matters
Raw prompt data can now feed monthly scorecards, before-and-after experiment analysis and offline reporting pipelines. Previously there was no way to export this data in bulk.

"Thank goodness. I was afraid you weren't going to." I am signed up to be associated with those three letters now, so a bulk export was the thing I was waiting on.
Here is exactly how I would use it. I am commonly going into AEO setups where the team clicked through the AI setup in HubSpot and did very little reading or approving of what HubSpot gave them out of the box. I go in and pick which prompts make sense in our buying journey and which to swap out for something more valuable, especially because most organizations have a prompt limit. With the export, I could add the data to the Claude project where I already have contacts and call documents for that client, and work out the best path forward from there.
One note from the show: Chris went looking for the export on screen and could not find it. We tried a hard refresh, and we left it for office hours. HubSpot's path is Marketing > AEO > Prompts > Export, and it is marked live. If you do not see it, refresh before you assume it is missing.
Who should act: Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise teams, or HubSpot AEO customers, who already track prompts. Export once and review the prompts against your buying journey phases. Who can skip it: anyone not tracking AEO prompts yet. There is nothing to export.
