Job Change Signals, Powered by UserGems

What it is

HubSpot's native Job started and Job ended signals now have a second detection source, UserGems, layered on top, in private beta for customers with HubSpot Credits. You can run both sources together for broader coverage or keep them independent, and it's included in the existing cost of intent signal tracking with no separate UserGems account required.

Why it matters

This uses the same Job started and Job ended signal types your existing workflows, segments, and scoring already reference, so there's no rewiring if you already act on job-change signals. It only matters if you're on HubSpot Credits with intent signal tracking running, and it's private beta, so access isn't guaranteed yet — worth requesting, not something to expect immediately.
