FileManager Public API

What it is

A private app can now download sensitive file attachments directly from the FileManager API using a file ID, given the right scope.

Why it matters

Accounts with Sensitive Data enabled previously blocked private apps from reaching sensitive attachments, forcing manual workarounds or excluding those accounts from integrations entirely.
