API tester for customer agent actions

What it is

Lets admins test API-based customer agent actions before publishing them. Admins can send test requests and see the full request, the response and any errors, all from the action configuration screen.

Why it matters

Until now, admins couldn't tell whether an API action worked before it went live. Failures only showed up in real customer conversations, which made setup slower and riskier. Now admins can configure, test and fix an action in one place before customers see it.
