Inbound Payment Sync: HubSpot & NetSuite integration

What it is

HubSpot now automatically syncs customer payments created in NetSuite so you can see payment records and payment-to-invoice linkages directly in HubSpot.

Why it matters

You no longer need to switch to NetSuite to check invoice or payment status. With payments and invoice associations in one place, you can move deals faster and keep your sales team aligned. Per the panel, you can confirm whether a customer has paid an invoice before following up on a deal, give your sales reps a complete view of a customer's payment history without accessing NetSuite, and spot unpaid or partially paid invoices to prioritize collections or renewal conversations.
