Breeze in Quote Templates

What it is
Breeze now works in the quote template editor as well as the quote editor, giving the same Breeze-assisted experience on a live quote and on the template it came from. In templates Breeze can add, edit or remove line items, edit cover letter and executive summary copy, rename section and data labels, and set the default acceptance method and text. Public Beta, last updated October 19, 2026, for Revenue Hub Professional and Revenue Hub Enterprise.
Why it matters
Breeze already lets reps and admins edit quotes with chat prompts, but until now templates had to be edited by hand. Per HubSpot the conversation carries over from a quote to its template, so template editing gets the same speed and consistency as quote editing.
The Take
Maybe make a brief with Breeze Assistant while you're in a specific quote that you like. And then pick that brief up when you go over to the template editor to start working on it from there.
I read the What and the Why, and Casey immediately asked the question that decides who this is for: legacy quotes or new quotes. She answered it herself: if it is Revenue Hub Professional and Revenue Hub Enterprise, it is the new quotes, which had been her guess. The list we read from does not say it outright, so check your own quote setup before you plan around it.
The immediate opportunity is for anyone who has been doing fun things on specific quotes because Breeze has been in the quote editor. If you see yourself doing the same thing ten times, you ask Breeze, can we make this a template, maybe. Before this, you got a bunch of instructions from Breeze and then went over into the template editor yourself. Now you can have Breeze there, too. So maybe make a brief with Breeze Assistant while you are in a specific quote that you like, and then pick that brief up when you go over to the template editor to start working on it from there.
Who should act this week: Revenue Hub Professional and Enterprise teams who keep re-making the same quote by hand. Who can skip it: anyone not on those tiers, or anyone who is not building quote templates.
