What it is

View Google's optimization recommendations for your ad campaigns directly in HubSpot and apply or dismiss them without leaving the tool. For each connected Google Ads account you see a count of available recommendations per campaign and a dedicated Recommendations tab with the full list of suggestions, estimated impact, and one-click apply.

Why it matters

If you run Google Ads through HubSpot you've had to switch to Google Ads to see recommendations, then return to HubSpot to check results - that extra step means most customers ignore recommendations entirely. Now Google's suggestions show up in the HubSpot Ads tool with estimated impact and in-place apply.

The Take

What's the number one reason we want something to be in HubSpot now? Customer data. What's the number two reason? Customer data. For who? For Breeze.

Mechanically this is small - Google's own optimization recommendations rendered inside HubSpot instead of making you open the Google Ads account. The show spent the segment on why that is worth more than it sounds, and it is not the recommendations themselves. Nobody should be one-click accepting these; they are tuned to make Google money, not necessarily you money, and "increase your daily budget by a thousand dollars" is not advice.

The value is that once it is in HubSpot, it is in front of Breeze alongside CRM data. Ask the number one reason to want something in HubSpot and the answer is customer data. Ask the number two reason and the answer is still customer data - for Breeze.

Who it actually helps: small teams. A marketing department of four with no agency running the ad buys, doing lifecycle, reactivation and recapture work where CRM context is the whole game. Agencies and large ad accounts are not working in HubSpot for this and statistically will not start. It also helps the newly-arrived marketing leader who should not have to chase down separate Google Ads access just to see how things are going.

The bigger open question the segment kept circling: where are people actually working a year from now, and how much of this do they expect to just ask an AI instead?
