You can now create up to 20 Customer Agent Actions

What it is

A single customer agent now supports up to 20 actions, up from 10. Live for Customer Agent, which is available on all Professional and Enterprise portals.

Why it matters

If you connect many tools or support many use cases, the previous limit of 10 actions may have kept you from setting up everything you needed. With a limit of 20 you can add more actions to your customer agent without removing existing ones.
