What it is
A Zoom connector (MCP) lets Breeze Assistant and HubSpot agents securely access Zoom meetings, AI Companion summaries, recordings and Zoom Docs on request. Public Beta, last updated October 16, 2026. Per HubSpot it is available on Starter, Professional and Enterprise of Marketing, Sales, Service, Data and Content Hub, plus Smart CRM Professional and Enterprise. It requires Agent Builder permissions to add to an agent, and some agent features may use HubSpot credits.
Why it matters
Meeting data lives in Zoom but customer context lives in HubSpot. Per HubSpot, teams can pull what was said into HubSpot work without hunting through Zoom: summaries, transcripts and action items, searching meetings, creating Zoom Docs. Each user connects their own Zoom account, and each tool can be set to Always allow, Ask permission or Never allow.
