Agent Builder's Custom Agents Now Available at Starter

What it is

Custom agents in Agent Builder are now available on Starter plans, not just higher tiers. Starter customers can build and run custom agents in Agent Builder, connect them to simple automations in the embedded panel, and manage everything from Agent Hub. It's live now for Content Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Data Hub, and Sales Hub Starter.

Why it matters

Worth checking Agent Builder this week if you're on any Starter Hub — this is a tier unlock, not a new capability, so if you've been holding off on custom agents because you assumed they needed Pro or Enterprise, that assumption is now wrong. Skip it if you're not on a Starter plan across those Hubs, since this doesn't change anything for Pro or Enterprise.
