Honeypot bot detection in Forms

What it is

A spam-prevention mechanism for embedded forms. A hidden field is added silently - invisible to real visitors, filled in by bots - and submissions that complete it are quarantined before they reach the CRM. Available only on forms built in the new Forms Editor.

Why it matters

Bot submissions pollute the database with fake contacts, skew form analytics and waste rep time on dead ends. reCAPTCHA solves it by adding friction for the humans. A honeypot runs in the background with no change to the visitor experience, which is the whole point.
