Use Records Created in a Workflow Later in the Workflow

What it is
When you create a record inside a workflow, you can now reference that record and its properties in later actions of the same workflow (e.g. create a contact in a company workflow, then segment it and pull its properties into a task — all in one flow).
Why it matters
Retires the chained-workflow / bridge-property workaround and a lot of custom-coded actions, pulling cross-object work back into a single native flow.
The Take
If you ever built a property just to bridge two workflows, this is the cleanup season.
FAQ
What did this replace?
The workaround of chaining workflows together — create a record, set a flag on it, and enroll it in a second workflow — or dropping into custom coded actions for anything cross-object.
