Image Generation in Breeze Assistant

What it is
Breeze Assistant can now generate images from a text prompt and keep editing them in the same chat. Ask for a change, more vibrant, a different background, and it revises the image across multiple turns instead of starting over. You can hand it a reference image to work from, either for inspiration or for a closer edit, and it can pull colors and fonts from your brand kit. Every image it produces lands in HubSpot File Manager automatically.
Why it matters
HubSpot already had image generation over in Content Hub. What is new here is doing the editing inside the Assistant chat itself, so the back and forth of refining an image does not require leaving the conversation. The page lists this as free, and Chris and Joshua both expect that to mean free access with a credit cost behind each generation, the pattern most Breeze AI features follow. Neither host had it live in their own portal yet, so what it looks like in practice is still unconfirmed. The open question worth watching is whether the Assistant is aware of files you already have, so you could start from an existing asset instead of a blank prompt.
The Take
Chris and Joshua went looking for this in their own portals and came up empty, so most of this take is anticipation instead of hands-on testing. The read from the show: image generation inside a chat window gets you close, and still loses to a real design tool at the last-mile edit, the moment a stakeholder asks you to change one word and you would rather double-click than write a longer prompt. That is not a knock on the feature. It is the honest gap between what a chat interface is built for and what layout work actually needs, and it is the same gap that keeps Canva open in a second tab even after you have generated something in Breeze.

FAQ
Does Image Generation in Breeze Assistant cost anything?
HubSpot lists it as free, but Chris and Joshua both expect it to draw from your Breeze credit pool the way other AI generation features do. Neither host had confirmed pricing in their own portal as of air time.
Is this the same image generation HubSpot already had in Content Hub?
No. Generating images from a prompt was already available in Content Hub. What is new is doing the generation and the iterative editing inside Breeze Assistant chat, without switching tools.
Can I start from an image I already have in File Manager?
You can use a reference image for inspiration or a closer edit. Whether the Assistant can pull directly from your existing File Manager library versus requiring an upload was not settled on the show.
