Connect Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel as a Data Source

What it is

This private beta, available to all hubs and tiers, lets you connect a Google Sheets or Microsoft Office 365 Excel file directly to HubSpot as a data source. You install the integration, pick the file and tab, preview the live data before committing, and it saves into HubSpot's data layer beneath the CRM in its original structure. At this stage, functionality is limited to syncing the source with the CRM — building segments, reports, or workflows on top of it is a stated fast-follow, not live yet.

Why it matters

Worth requesting beta access if you regularly export, reformat, and reimport spreadsheet data into HubSpot today. But know the limit going in: this syncs the data, it doesn't yet let you act on it with segments, reports, or workflows, so it's not a replacement for your current process until that fast-follow ships.
