What it is

Send and receive native WhatsApp voice notes from HubSpot conversations in the help desk or the conversations inbox, stored in Smart CRM alongside the rest of the conversation history. Private beta for Service Hub and Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters

WhatsApp users communicate heavily by voice note, and HubSpot could not receive or reply in kind, so teams switched tools mid-conversation. This closes that gap.
