Unit Cost Mapping for Line Items Between HubSpot and NetSuite

What it is

Unit cost for line items now maps between HubSpot and NetSuite. When creating sales orders, you can use a custom unit cost or a unit cost price level from either system. Live, last updated October 14, 2026, for customers with the HubSpot NetSuite integration.

Why it matters

Unit cost on deal line items did not sync before, so it had to be entered by hand, which risked costly errors. You can now pick unit costs on manual sales orders or sync them automatically through workflows.
