NetSuite Connector for Breeze Assistant
Wednesday, September 30, 2026
What it is
A new connector that gives Breeze Assistant direct access to your NetSuite data. Once connected, you can ask Breeze Assistant to look up records, run reports, execute saved searches, and create or update NetSuite records without leaving HubSpot.
Why it matters
Your team can ask Breeze Assistant for real-time answers on NetSuite orders, invoices, customers and financials right inside the conversation, without digging through menus or reports first.
The Take
If NetSuite has to be in your life, the less you have to use NetSuite to interact with NetSuite, the better. This connector lets a rep ask Breeze Assistant for orders, invoices, billing terms and customer details, run saved searches, and even create or update NetSuite records from a HubSpot conversation. The room sees it as a scope-changer for one of the most common requests there is: sales needs post-sale information, leadership is committed to NetSuite as the source of truth and does not want that data in HubSpot, and nobody wants to buy reps NetSuite licenses. The answer used to be a custom integration that could run tens of thousands of dollars and three to six months, followed by the change management to get anyone to open the new view.
The bigger point is what cross-system friction does to people. When a rep has to file a request and wait three days to see billing terms before building a quote, they give up, and that learned helplessness spreads to every other improvement you try to make. Get your team used to talking to Breeze now, because more and more questions are going to be best answered in that conversation. Private beta, all hubs and tiers, and it respects NetSuite's existing role-based permissions.

FAQ
Does the connector bypass NetSuite permissions?
No. HubSpot's description says the connector respects NetSuite's existing role-based permissions, so a user only sees and acts on what their NetSuite role allows.
