Manual Voicemail Drops for Outbound Calls

What it is

Reps can leave a pre-recorded voicemail in two clicks after hearing the callee's greeting and beep. Requires a HubSpot-provided number and calls placed through the Call icon in navigation. Live for Sales Hub and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters

Leaving the same voicemail forty times a day is one of the most repetitive things a rep does. A drop saves the time, delivers a consistent message and lets the rep choose the moment.
