Node.js 18.x and 20.x deprecated for Chatflows custom code snippets

What it is

Node.js 18.x and 20.x are no longer supported runtimes for Chatflows custom code snippets. As of August 31, 2026 those snippets are read-only until the runtime is upgraded. Bots already running on Node 18.x/20.x continue to execute - customers just can't edit until they upgrade.

Why it matters

Node 18.x and 20.x are end of life and no longer receive security patches. Running custom chatflow logic on unsupported runtimes introduces security risk. Node 24.x is the current LTS release.
