New Report Builder Experience - Unified Builder

What it is

The new Report Builder is a redesigned, simpler way to create reports in HubSpot. It brings most of HubSpot's separate report builders together into one place: a single entry point, one streamlined builder, and the choice to build manually, with AI, or from a template. The Single Object and Custom Report builders are now one builder with a consistent layout. Journey Report Builder and Attribution Report Builder still exist as independent options.

Why it matters

Building reports in HubSpot, especially with the most-used custom report builder, can be very complex: too many ways to start, a cluttered layout, and controls that aren't always obvious. The new Report Builder is a focused effort to fix that, with one entry point, a cleaner canvas, AI available alongside point-and-click editing rather than in a separate mode, and templates instead of a blank canvas.
