Targeted Pages: Personalized Landing Pages at Scale

What it is
Targeted Pages, in private beta for Sales and Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise, let you generate tailored landing pages for specific companies or contacts from a reusable template, each with its own URL. Breeze builds the pages from your HubSpot data and personalization instructions, and a rep or marketer chooses which page and link to send — unlike Personalized Variants, HubSpot doesn't decide who sees which page.
Why it matters
This is built for account-based campaigns, sales prospecting, and 1:1 outreach where you'd otherwise be duplicating and rewriting pages by hand. Worth requesting access if that's a real workflow for you and you're on the qualifying Sales or Marketing Hub tiers; skip it if you don't do targeted 1:1 outreach, since there's nothing here for a broad-audience page strategy.
The Take
You can only pick like five companies. And you have to pick big enough companies that it makes it worthwhile.
Madelyn has wanted to do this and never has, because doing it by hand is a real pain. Realistically you can only pick about five target companies, they have to be big enough to be worth a dedicated page each, and the moment a rep decides they want to target a sixth company they have to go back to marketing and ask. Some tools do part of this, but a scaled version built from a reusable template with Breeze filling in the page from your HubSpot data is the version she would actually use. The line to hold onto is the one that separates this from Personalized Variants: with targeted pages a rep or marketer chooses which page and link to send, HubSpot does not decide who sees what. Worth requesting access if account-based campaigns or one-to-one outreach is a real workflow for you, and a skip if your page strategy is broad audience.
