Conversational Enrichment for Email

What it is

An AI feature that captures and enriches contact and sales data from unstructured email conversations. Contact Enrichment from Email is free on all Breeze Intelligence plans; Returning to Office Detection and New Contact Extraction are included in the 1,000 and 10,000 credit plans. No credits are used for these enrichment events during the beta, though additional enrichment applied by your settings may use credits.

Why it matters

It removes manual data entry and keeps the CRM current: contact details stay fresh, sales can time outreach to return-to-office signals, and new stakeholders get added from ongoing conversations.
