What it is

Introducing Presentation Templates in Context within Agent Hub. Customers can now upload their existing presentation templates and provide instructions for when and how Breeze Assistant should use them when creating presentations.

Why it matters

Customers already have templates that reflect their brand, preferred layouts, and presentation style. Giving Breeze Assistant access to these templates helps it generate more consistent, on-brand presentations and reduces the need for manual restyling.

The Take

Casey Hawkins

A year ago, I wouldn't have done that because it would have taken me a full day to make the slide deck each week for each call.

Per the panel, you can now upload your existing presentation templates to Context within Agent Hub and give instructions for when and how Breeze Assistant should use them when it creates presentations. It is live for all hubs and tiers. Chris got to see it for the first time at the Houston HUG last week, and his reaction on air was “Hello, marketing supporting sales.”

I love this update. I've been using way more slides in the last three or four months, and being able to make good slides that don't look like I just threw text on a blank slide deck has been a great benefit to me. I have one client where we have a weekly call and I make a slide deck every week. “A year ago, I wouldn't have done that because it would have taken me a full day to make the slide deck each week for each call.” Now I just do it while I'm prepping for the call anyway. That is a little bit different than this update, but it's related. Chris agreed: “It's very related. I mean, this is in the flow of work, which is where we got to get to.”

Ryan asked the questions I'd want answered before rolling it out: “how does sales know that they can use Breeze to do the templates?” And were the templates even updated to meet the brand standards? He has a client where they built a whole UI extension that builds a PowerPoint deck from the line items on the deal record, and he wondered whether you need that anymore. He was also honest that who puts in the prompt, and in what order, still shapes how the deck comes out, even with the context and the style guide. Chris said that before this, people put a lot of effort into UI extensions or specific agents to manage these outputs, and they still didn't always come out exactly the way they wanted, so we'll probably see both sides.

Chris's bigger point was for marketing teams that can't get out of the identity of sales support only. Decks for the sales team are real work, and if Breeze can carry them, that opens up space for all the marketing work that keeps getting pushed down the list. He also named the old problem: sales teams keep PowerPoint files saved on their local drives, they drift, and they stop following brand guidelines. That only changes if leadership gets on board and people actually talk to Breeze.

What to do: if you have a brand deck template, upload it in Context in Agent Hub this week with clear instructions on when to use it. Ask Breeze Assistant for one real deck, like a weekly client call, and see how close it gets before you roll it out to sales. Then make sure sales knows it exists, which was Ryan's question. If your team never makes decks, you can skip this one.

FAQ

What shipped?

Per the panel, you can upload your existing presentation templates to Context within Agent Hub and give instructions for when and how Breeze Assistant should use them when creating presentations.

Why does it matter?

Per the panel, your templates already reflect your brand, layouts and presentation style, so giving Breeze Assistant access helps it make more consistent, on-brand presentations with less manual restyling.

Does it replace a custom deck builder?

The show left that open. Ryan has built a UI extension that builds a PowerPoint deck from a deal's line items and asked whether that is still needed. Chris said we will probably see both sides, since even custom tooling did not always come out exactly as wanted.

How will sales know to use it?

That was Ryan's question on air. Chris's answer was that marketing has to get leadership on board and get the team talking to Breeze, so decks stop living on local drives and drifting from brand guidelines.
