What it is
Admins can now choose which properties appear in the title card, the prominent area at the top left of every CRM record and preview sidebar, replacing HubSpot defaults with the fields that matter most.
Why it matters
Different teams need different information front and center. Previously the title card had a fixed set of properties with no way to change them, so this lets admins surface what their teams actually rely on.

The one part of the record you could never change just became the part you can.
This one caught the room the moment the page loaded. You can now choose which properties show in the title card, the prominent block at the top left of every record and the top of the preview sidebar, and swap HubSpot's defaults for the fields your team actually uses. The tell, said on the record, is that most of us never knew it was called the title card. It was just the thing that was always there, and the one piece you could not change.
That is why this matters more than it looks. The most visible area of every record was showing whatever HubSpot decided, including properties some teams do not use at all. Now a rep can put phone and time zone up top, and an ops manager can surface a custom status. Read it as the last bastion of record customization opening up, with a collapsible left sidebar probably not far behind.
