What it is

Breeze Assistant now builds editable PowerPoint decks. It creates the deck slide by slide as an artifact. You can edit it directly, ask Breeze to change it, present it fullscreen, or download it as a .pptx file for PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Live, last updated October 13, 2026, for all hubs and tiers.

Why it matters

Reps spend hours copying CRM data into slides for prospect meetings, proposals and business reviews. Decks can now follow your brand guidelines and templates, so they come out on-brand and ready to present without reformatting.

The Take

Chris Carolan

I'm actually more impressed with the three questions it asks than the output.
— Chris Carolan

I ran this live for Will It Breeze, and I gave it the minimum on purpose. The prompt was: "Hey, can you turn this web page into a PowerPoint slide deck?" with a link to our Five-Layer page. Zach asked whether I would give it any context about the audience. I said there was a non-zero chance it would ask me, and it did.

Breeze asked three questions: who the deck is for, how long it should be, and which visual style. I answered business leaders and executives, 8 to 10 slides, and our brand. My verdict: "I'm actually more impressed with the three questions it asks than the output. The output was pretty shit." Zach's fair response was good in, good out, since I gave it the bare minimum. Both things are true.

Those three questions are the right ones, and not only for Breeze. If you are in sales and you do not know who the deck is for and how long it should be, you are probably not in a position to win the deal. If it is a CEO and you are saying twenty slides, nope, wrong. It is also an exchange between marketing or sales enablement and sales: enablement has to give reps the brand settings and context so they can ship after this. And if you are an admin having trouble getting people to ask Breeze Assistant for help, this is a good one to show them. It will stop and ask who this is actually for.

The bigger question I raised for the Road to UNBOUND is whether the slide deck is the right format at all. Zach's point was that a deck narrows the focus and cuts distraction, and I agree slides always give you intention and structure. But a web page or a visual walkthrough you can track is often the better move, and next year I want Breeze to ask, what, the web page? Let me help you present it differently.

Who should act: reps and managers who build prospect decks, proposals or business reviews, and the admins who own brand settings and templates. Try it with real context instead of the bare minimum. Who can skip it: teams that already present from a website or a tool that works for them.

How did it do on the show?

Chris asked it to turn a web page into a slide deck with almost no context. Breeze asked three questions first: who the deck is for, how long it should be, and which visual style. He answered business leaders and executives, 8 to 10 slides, and the Value First brand. He judged the output weak, and Zach's read was that it was good in, good out, since the prompt was the bare minimum.
