This is the headline, and the timing is the story. Agent Hub lands in public beta the same day a lot of HubSpot's agents stop being free and start consuming credits. Gathering every agent into one place is also where you go to understand what those credits are buying. The old route to agents ran through the marketplace, now there is a dedicated agents menu where the AI menu used to be. But the moment that mattered was the live build. Earlier in the show the native Lead object could not do weighted routing. Casey asked Agent Hub, in plain language, to route new leads 60 percent to Trisha and 40 percent to Casey, and it drafted a working agent with a math random split in the custom code. The lesson is bigger than the feature: when the native setting hits a limit, the agent layer can often close the gap, and you get there by describing what you want. You probably already have the tools. You just have to ask.
