What it is

Lead scoring can now surface and score your high-impact web pages using real conversion performance data. Add a page-visit event criterion in the lead scoring app and HubSpot shows you specific URL paths, the conversion rate based on the number and percentage of companies that visited the page and reached your chosen goal stage, and a confidence level based on impact. The beta is rolling out to general availability for all customers starting the week of July 20.

Why it matters

Web page visits are one of the strongest engagement signals for measuring intent, but most teams pick which pages to score based on how the website was designed to be used, not how buyers actually use it. This grounds page scoring in your portal's historical conversion data, so scores reflect proven performance instead of assumption, and sales prioritization gets more accurate.

The Take

Casey Hawkins

One hundred percent of customers visit the login page. That does not actually tell me that much.

If I have two brands, one is scoring and the other is product updates, and this update is both, so it was always getting pulled forward. I demoed it live: you add a page-visit event criterion, pick the goal stage you care about, and HubSpot shows you the pages people actually visited on their way to that goal, with a conversion rate and a confidence level. That is the right shape for this feature. The things we design for the highest intent are not always where people actually convert, and anything that puts the actual truth of the data in your face beats people vibing intent.

One thing I will keep saying: look at the suggestions before you trust them. If you have a customer login page, one hundred percent of customers visit the login page, and that tells you almost nothing, because scoring is about what people do before they become a customer or a hand raiser. The useful discoveries are the surprises, like finding out your free tools page influences more buyers than the page you built for buying. Rylee and I have built scores together, and the teams that win with this are the ones who treat it as evidence to interpret, not a button to press.
