Seeking Testers for Social Content Agent

What it is
The Social Content Agent is the next generation of HubSpot's Social Post Agent. Instead of generating posts from holidays and calendar events, you tell it what you want to post about (or ask it for ideas) and it researches your industry, reviews your past post performance, and checks what your contacts are asking about in the CRM before it writes a word. It works in your brand voice, pulls in AEO recommendations, and saves drafts to the HubSpot social app. It currently supports LinkedIn, with more networks coming. Today's update: the private beta is currently closed.
Why it matters
The most common piece of feedback on the original Social Post Agent was simple. People did not want posts about random holidays. They wanted help turning their own blogs, case studies, emails, and industry news into posts that actually sound like them. Because this version researches before it writes and grounds drafts in your real business data, the output reflects your brand instead of generic AI slop.
The Take
Casey Hawkins
You have been sounding like you for years, and that you lives in your calls, recordings, and emails.
This is the direction I was hoping the social agent would go. I am a bit of a Grinch about holiday posts, and the old version was very good at finding the random adjacent holiday, like a Women in STEM Day, that I would never actually post about. Cutting down on that kind of slop is exactly right. There is still a home for the fun, human stuff, a baby in a Hush and HubSpot onesie will out-perform any polished update video I make, but if happy flag day is your whole content strategy, this agent is a nudge to do better.
My favorite part is that it pulls from your CRM conversations. That sounds a little scary said out loud, but it is where the best posts come from. I did this by hand just yesterday: I fed Claude a call transcript, told it to pull the part where I talked about lead scoring, and had it write a post in my point of view. You have been sounding like you for years, and that you lives in your calls, recordings, and emails. That is a great place to pull from. One honest gut-check, though: if something is not something you would want logged in HubSpot and used this way, that is worth pausing on before you turn it loose.

Can I get into the beta?
Not right now. This private beta is currently closed. HubSpot is looking for highly beta-tolerant testers, so keep an eye on the update page for when it reopens.
