You still build the agent the same way. Instructions, data, context, and the tools it can reach. What is new is that the list of what HubSpot is now calling utilities includes sending a webhook. The screenshots make it look like agentic automation, and the agent builder and agent automation experiences do appear to be converging, but this is still the agent build itself.
