Workflow templates are now available in the HubSpot Marketplace, offering pre-built templates based on common workflow patterns.
Why it matters
Building workflows from scratch takes time. Templates give a ready-made, customizable starting point based on proven patterns.

If starting from a blank workflow stops you cold, a proven starting point is exactly the help you need.
The marketplace piece is what is new here, and it is aimed at the person who opens a blank workflow and freezes. Two things worth knowing. First, the workflows tool already had templates, so templates are not new, the marketplace home is. Second, on rollout day Casey could not see them in the marketplace yet, which is normal. The interesting question is whether the community can eventually publish their own, the way you might install a proven pattern from someone like Ryan Gunn. After ten years of building, templates tend to slow Casey down, but if you are getting started they lower the first step a lot.
