What it is

The Product Updates page is redesigned to highlight what is most relevant to your team.

Why it matters

When every update looks the same, the fixes you asked for and the features that would change your week get lost among the ones that will never touch your portal.

The Take

Being able to tell the page never show me this again is a real quality-of-life win.
Casey Hawkins + Chris Carolan

This is the most meta update we cover, because it is the page we read every single morning. The honest question is when you would actually hide something, and the answer that landed was the daily drumbeat of enterprise Service Hub help desk features for someone with no clients and no thousand-person team. Being able to tell the page never show me this again is a real quality-of-life win, and it almost certainly means AI is learning your preferences as you dismiss things.

The one catch, said with a smile: if you click every beta button and poke every corner of the portal like we do, the page recommends almost everything to you anyway.

FAQ

Do I have this yet?

It is a private beta. If your product updates page has tabs across the top rather than down the side, you are in it. If not, you can request access from the product updates page.

What actually changed in this release?

You can now hide individual recommendations in the Discover tab while keeping them accessible in All Updates, and you can customize the order recommendations appear in.
