HubSpot Updates: June 15, 2026

Fourteen updates landed on Monday, and the through-line is quieter than usual: a lot of them are quality-of-life cleanups that reach across every hub and tier, paired with a clear brand and AI personalization thread running from the redesigned Brand section to a smarter Brand Voice. There is also steady movement on the commerce and revenue side.

If you watched the show today, you already heard the conversation around six of these. If you did not: watch the recap to hear our thoughts on these updates and more.

Platform Updates Detailed

A Cleaner Way to Manage Your Brand

The Brand section has been redesigned with a clearer layout that organizes settings into Brand Kit, Brand Voice, and Brand Knowledge. Colors, fonts, writing samples, and company context each get their own home instead of living in one long scroll. Brand Knowledge is a new section for viewing and editing the company data HubSpot uses to personalize AI-generated content, including products, competitors, and ideal customer profile. This is live for all hubs and tiers.

Why it matters: The old layout buried these settings, and the disconnect between brand configuration and the rest of HubSpot was a recurring frustration. Pulling colors, voice, and company context into named sections makes changes take seconds, and it matters more now that this data feeds AI output across the platform. If you are tuning for AEO, this is the screen that shows what is set and what still needs attention.

Improved Exclusions in Segments

You are no longer capped at excluding twenty-five contacts from a segment. The update also adds smart exclusion toggles for the scenarios that come up constantly: unsubscribed contacts, non-marketing contacts, and specific email domains. This is live for all hubs and tiers.

Why it matters: Exclusion work is some of the least visible time in list building and the hardest to explain to other stakeholders. The classic version of this problem is the email to a thousand people that only sends to nine hundred, and the answer is almost always one of these exclusions. Built-in toggles replace the separate workflows and complex filters teams built to handle it, which keeps segments cleaner and compliant for email without the manual scramble.

Use Link Text for URL Properties

URL properties now support link text. Instead of showing a raw URL, you can set a default label like View profile or Open listing, and it renders as a clickable link wherever the property appears. This is in public beta for all hubs and tiers.

Why it matters: When long URLs repeat across dozens or hundreds of records in a list or report, they create visual clutter that makes data hard to scan. Short, meaningful labels let people identify and act on links without the noise. It is a small change with broad reach.

Notifications That Take You to the Right Record Across All CRM Objects

At-mention notifications now link directly to the exact CRM record where the mention happened, rather than routing you to a different associated record. Notification support is also expanding to more object types, including Appointments, Carts, Contracts, Courses, Listings, Marketing Events, Orders, Services, and Subscriptions, which now support mention, follow, and assigned notifications. This is in private beta for all hubs and tiers.

Why it matters: Being sent to the wrong associated record created confusion and extra clicks at exactly the moment you were trying to act fast. Landing on the right record regardless of object type removes a small friction that added up across a busy day, and the broader object coverage closes gaps for teams working outside the standard contact and deal objects.

Improved Brand Voice for Breeze Assistant and AI Blogs

Brand Voice now learns directly from your own content. Upload blog posts or emails and it adapts to match your sentence structure, pronoun preference, tone shifts, punctuation, and even humor, so AI-generated content in Blog and Breeze Assistant reads more like you. This is in public beta across Commerce, Content, Marketing, Data, Sales, Service, and Smart CRM Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters: Brand Voice already existed, but defining it by hand is where teams stall, sometimes for months, arguing over single words. The new piece is that the system learns from real content you have already written, which lowers the barrier to getting started and produces output that needs less editing. The honest catch worth knowing: the writing samples it learns from should reflect who you are now, not who you were two years ago.

Customizable Analyze Tabs

You can now customize the Analyze tab by replacing the default dashboard with your own, adding or removing reports, editing report settings, and rearranging the layout. It is supported in a long list of places, from content and social to sales and customer success workspaces. This is available for all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.

Why it matters: The default Analyze tab often does not reflect what a team actually tracks, which pushes people off to separate dashboards. The most common version of this is the social Analyze tab still showing reports for a channel you no longer use. Tailoring the tab keeps reporting in the same place as the work, which means fewer clicks and fewer one-off dashboards built to route around the default.

Date and Datetime Properties in Conditional Property Logic

You can now use date and datetime properties as the controlling property in conditional property logic, so dependent properties appear or become required based on date values. This is available across Commerce, Content, Marketing, Data, Sales, Service, and Smart CRM Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters: Plenty of rep workflows are time-sensitive, but properties had no way to respond to dates on their own, which left reps managing timing by hand. Date-driven conditions surface the right fields at the right moment without extra effort, which is the kind of admin tightening that quietly reduces missed steps.

HubSpot Agent for Copilot

The HubSpot Agent for Copilot is now available. It brings HubSpot customer context and actions into Microsoft 365 Copilot, so sales teams can ask for deal summaries and pipeline reports and generate content to action back in HubSpot without leaving Microsoft 365. This is available to customers across all tiers with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license or the Copilot Chat add-on, supported in Copilot Chat and Copilot inside Microsoft Teams.

Why it matters: Nearly half of HubSpot customers use more than one AI assistant in their work, and this adds Microsoft 365 Copilot to the connector list alongside Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. The signal worth reading is HubSpot's willingness to meet teams inside the tools they already live in rather than pulling them back into HubSpot for everything.

Price Books

Price Books give RevOps teams a central way to define, manage, and apply product pricing across deals and quotes, with this release focused on structured pricing setup and basic end-to-end usage. Price Books moved from private to public beta for Commerce Hub Professional and Enterprise, and the note that previously limited it to single-currency accounts is gone. Multi-currency support is now available.

Why it matters: The multi-currency change is the headline for anyone selling across regions, because that is exactly where managing pricing by hand goes wrong. Standardizing pricing under one structure reduces inconsistencies and the tribal knowledge that makes pricing fast for veterans and impossible for new hires.

For more details: Price Books public beta.

Commerce Hub Billing Portal

The billing portal lets buyers log in to view subscriptions and invoices, pay what they owe, and update payment methods on their own, with no tickets and no back-and-forth. This is in public beta for Commerce Hub Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters: Self-service billing is the experience buyers expect, and there are still teams asking customers to read a card number over the phone. The quieter win is data quality: when customers maintain their own billing details, the records get more accurate, because they are the ones who need them to be right. Fewer failed payments, less support overhead, and one fewer email chain to change an address.

Smart Deal Progression: Deal Emails and Next Best Actions

This expands Smart Deal Progression from meetings and calls to every buyer email, surfacing prioritized deal recommendations on the deal record. It adds a Catch-Up tab with recommendations and deal plans, a Gmail extension integration, AI-assisted email drafts, and a stalled deals view. This is in private beta for Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters: Deals rarely stall over bad strategy. They stall when execution breaks down between conversations. Synthesizing signals from emails, notes, and timelines into a clear next move means reps spend less time reconstructing context and more time selling. The stalled deals view in particular gives managers a place to catch slippage before it becomes a lost quarter.

Manage Prospecting Agent Enrollments From the CRM

You can now review Prospecting Agent contacts and suggested companies directly from the CRM views you already use, without navigating to the Prospecting Workspace. Prospecting Agent is available in Sales Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, with Company View available if your portal is signed up for the Smarter Prospecting Agent public beta.

Why it matters: When reviewing agent activity requires a detour to a separate app, that step falls out of the daily routine and recommendations go unactioned. Bringing the review into the CRM views reps already live in is the difference between a feature that gets used and one that gets forgotten.

Support Macros

Macros are reply-driven automation that let support reps take several steps in one click. When responding to a ticket, a rep can send a message and perform follow-up actions like updating status, changing the owner, and adjusting priority at the same time. This is in public beta for Service Hub Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters: Speed is the loyalty driver for support teams, and the actions that used to take several separate clicks now collapse into one. For reps moving through high ticket volume, that compression is where the time savings actually show up.

For more details: Support Macros public beta.

Help Desk Conversation Expand All and Collapse All

Reps get a single control to expand or collapse every message in a thread at once. The most recent message opens by default, messages stay expanded as you scroll, and a new full-screen mode focuses on the conversation and reply editor. This is live for Service Hub Professional and Enterprise.

Why it matters: Clicking see more on every message, then watching them re-collapse on scroll, is a small annoyance that compounds fast for high-volume agents and makes it easy to miss customer context. This is a narrow fix, but it removes friction from something reps do hundreds of times a day.

Key Takeaways and Next Steps

Admin overhead is getting smaller in small ways: The brand redesign, improved exclusions, link text for URL properties, notifications that land on the right record, and the Help Desk expand control are not flashy, and that is the point. Each one removes friction from something people do constantly. These are the updates that compound, so the move is to actually turn them on rather than wait for a bigger reason to.

Brand data is becoming AI infrastructure: The redesigned Brand section and the smarter Brand Voice are not just cosmetic. Brand Knowledge and learned voice are the inputs HubSpot's AI uses to personalize content across the platform. If you have been treating brand settings as a nice-to-have, this is the batch that turns them into the foundation your AI output is built on. Worth getting configured before you lean harder on AI content.

Commerce and revenue tooling keeps maturing: Price Books going multi-currency and the billing portal reaching public beta are steps toward a quote-to-cash motion that lives in HubSpot. The harder part remains getting a billing team into the system at all, but the tooling is increasingly ready for them when they arrive.
