Breeze AIFreeStarterProfessionalEnterprisePrivate beta

What it is

A redesigned Breeze Assistant sidebar that makes it faster and easier to get started, with a cleaner empty state, improved suggested prompts, and a design aligned with the new HubSpot theme.

Why it matters

The current sidebar creates friction at the most critical moment, when a user first opens Breeze Assistant. This modernization removes that friction so more users take their first step with Breeze and get value sooner.

The Take

Casey Hawkins + Chris Carolan

A cleaner empty state and better suggested prompts sounds like a small thing, and the desk was split on whether it earns the beta. The case for it is that the empty box is the worst moment in the product. A new user opens Breeze, sees how can I help you, and has no idea what to ask. Suggestions fix exactly that.

The detail worth catching is buried in the enrollment. Joining this beta also enrolls you in the new HubSpot theme, and the classic theme sunsets August 31. That pairing is deliberate. The theme is not colors and fonts, it is the surface the denser new index views need, and HubSpot keeps attaching shiny things to it to move people across before the deadline does it for them.
