This is the kind of AI use the desk keeps asking for. It does the thing people reliably do not do. Nobody is going to hand-file four hundred segments, and everybody knows it.
The even-better-if is duplicate detection. Not just put these in folders, but these four segments are identical, here are the five times you imported the same list, do you want a dynamic one instead. That is the version that shrinks the pile rather than organizing it.
The one complaint is entitlement. It is Enterprise-only across the board, and unfiled segments are not an Enterprise-only problem. Anyone with a non-zero number of segments has them.
