Amazon S3 Data Out

Data HubEnterprisePublic beta

What it is

A rebuilt AWS S3 integration for Data Hub Enterprise that exports the HubSpot CRM data you choose, standard and custom objects, events, and associations, to your own S3 bucket on a schedule you set, and lets you monitor whether each sync actually landed. Data is written as Parquet, and every run produces a full snapshot in a new folder rather than overwriting the last one. It replaces the old S3 data-out beta, which had no object selection, no scheduling control, and no sync visibility.

Why it matters

Enterprise teams treat S3 as a core data layer, feeding BI tools, AI and ML pipelines, and data science work that happens outside the CRM. The previous integration was hard to configure and gave no confirmation the data had arrived. This version answers the three questions that were missing: what to export, when to export it, and whether it worked.

The Take

The headline is not that S3 export exists, it did before. The headline is visibility. A data pipeline you cannot observe is one you cannot trust, and the old beta's real failure was leaving teams unsure whether last night's export ran at all. Object-level selection, scheduling, and sync health together are HubSpot treating data-out as infrastructure instead of a checkbox. If you feed a warehouse or a BI stack from HubSpot, this is the difference between a fragile script someone has to babysit and a sync you can actually rely on. Enterprise-only, and squarely aimed at the data-team buyer.
