Some Breeze Assistant Connectors are being removed
Wednesday, August 19, 2026
What it is
Eight Breeze Assistant connectors are being removed from the marketplace: Smartsheet, GitBook, Azure DevOps, Guru, ReadMe, Productboard, Helpjuice and Document360. New installs are already unavailable and existing connections stop working on September 26, 2026. Note that the published update misprints the year as 2025.
Why it matters
These connectors were built on an older architecture HubSpot is no longer maintaining. Removing them prevents reliability issues and moves investment to connectors that perform better inside Breeze Assistant. Anyone using one today has until September 26 to act before the connection is removed automatically.
The Take
Chris Carolan
Let's not support old architecture that breaks and is hard to maintain in an AI-native world.
Eight connectors leaving is not the story. We covered the new Breeze Assistant connectors about a week ago, and my read is that the infrastructure behind those is replacing whatever these eight were built on. That makes this a migration notice wearing a sunset costume.
Which is the right call. Do not keep supporting old architecture that breaks and is hard to maintain in an AI-native world. I would rather the investment go to connectors that work well inside Breeze Assistant than keep eight fragile ones alive out of politeness.
If you are running one of these you have until September 26, and then the connection removes itself whether you planned for it or not. And if this one hurts, call us. Or come on the show and talk about how challenging it is, because that is a more useful conversation than a changelog entry.
