Breeze Assistant Creates Downloadable PowerPoint Decks

What it is
When asked to produce a slide deck or presentation, Breeze Assistant can now generate a fully formatted, downloadable .pptx file in addition to HTML and Markdown artifacts. Users can open the file directly in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
Why it matters
Customer-facing reps spend significant time copying information from their CRM into slide decks for prospect meetings, proposals, and business reviews. Breeze can now produce a ready-to-present deck without the manual copy-paste.
The Take
Casey Hawkins + Chris Carolan
Because AI can do this for you, it doesn't remove your responsibility of making sure it looks good and reads right for whoever you're giving it to.
The value here is editability, and it is easy to miss if you have not lived it. Building a sales presentation as an HTML artifact means every small change, a phrase that reads a little off or a price that moved, sends you back to Breeze to run a prompt, download a new version, and re-upload it wherever your team references it. With a PowerPoint file you just fix the text yourself.
The tradeoff is real too. AI-native output landing inside fairly strict Microsoft file frameworks often needs a level of editing you were not planning on. And the thing that does not change: because AI can do this for you, it does not remove your responsibility for making sure it looks good and reads right for whoever you are giving it to.
We tested it live on the show and it produced a clean deck. If your team is already sending Breeze-generated collateral out and losing time to small edits, take this. If you are choosing from scratch, the HTML artifact is still the better experience for the person receiving it.
