What it is
Breeze Knowledge Base Agent analyzes and extracts topics from your tickets, compares them to existing knowledge articles, and surfaces suggestions for new articles and edits to existing articles where content is unclear, outdated, incomplete, or off brand. You can review, accept, or reject each suggestion from the suggestions tab.
Why it matters
Knowledge base content goes stale over time. Without a systematic way to catch issues, teams do manual audits to find outdated facts, unclear phrasing, or content gaps, problems that often only surface when a customer files a support ticket.
The Take
Chris Carolan
Thank you so much, HubSpot, for putting the two dollars right next to the two hundred credits.
Know the pricing change first. Starting September 16, this agent consumes credits: two dollars, or two hundred credits, per new knowledge base article it generates. Edit suggestions to existing articles stay included in the Service Hub seat.
Now put that number next to the roughly one thousand credits it costs to create a blog on the AEO side, where marketing sits. All the subject matter expertise lives on the front lines in service, where people are writing magnificent novellas inside individual emails to answer the same question for the tenth time that day. Some of them keep private Word docs full of answers. If you are using tickets in HubSpot, you almost certainly bought Service Hub to get them, which means this is an immediate win sitting in nearly every portal. The only reason nobody gets here is that marketing is over here and service is over there.
Two things to hold onto. The suggestion is a starting point, not a deliverable, so do not accept it at face value and ship the article. The value is making it visible to the whole customer-facing team so they can put input on it, because that is what gets you content people are proud of and willing to share. And this should not only be fed by the ticket and email loop. Your product team ships features that need articles before any support email arrives, so plan for other input sources as your knowledge base grows.
