What it is

A redesigned per-app settings page with tabbed navigation, plus a new app owner field so each installed integration can be assigned to a named person and tracked.

Why it matters

App collections grow quietly, and then nobody remembers who installed a thing or who owns it when it breaks. Named ownership gives admins somewhere to look and someone to ask.
