What it is
In development. HubSpot conversation history, meaning emails, live chats, and messages, will be available as a data source inside Breeze Assistant. You will be able to ask questions about customer conversations in plain language and get synthesized answers drawn directly from that data, instead of only the volume, response time, and resolution rate numbers a standard ticket report gives you.
Why it matters
Standard ticket reporting tells you volume, response times, and resolution rates. It does not tell you what customers actually said. This update is meant to let service teams ask which topics drive escalations or which issues keep recurring, and let sales teams query deal conversations for how customers describe their problems, which objections keep coming up, and how the language shifts by segment or over time.
The Take
Chris Carolan
Just look at this channel that we're always talking to the customer on. That would be powerful.
The show was genuinely surprised this does not already exist in some form. Breeze has been reading email context to answer questions for a while, so what is new here is treating the full conversation record, emails, chats, and messages together, as its own selectable data source instead of something Breeze happens to touch along the way.
The sharper want was scoping: the ability to point Breeze specifically at conversation history, the same way knowledge bases and projects already let you choose what the model reads, instead of getting a blended answer pulled from everywhere. Being able to tell Breeze to stick to the channel where you actually talk to the customer, and ignore everything else, is a genuinely different and more useful question than a general search.
It is in development, so there is nothing to configure yet. If your team relies heavily on Conversations or Inbox and has been stuck asking what a customer actually told you months ago, this is worth tracking closely once it moves toward beta.
