Copy Permissions From One User to Another

What it is

Admins can copy one user's permissions to another from Settings > Users & Teams, replicating a permission setup without manual configuration.

Why it matters

Setting up a new user previously meant manual back-and-forth between two profiles. Now onboarding a hire, backfilling a role, or standardizing team access takes seconds with fewer errors.
